Maven Menopause and Midlife Health

Maven is a comprehensive support program designed to provide holistic and specialized care for individuals navigating perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause.

The program includes:

• 24/7 access to menopause-trained OB-GYNs and nurse practitioners, urologists, naturopathic family physicians, and mental health providers to support the whole spectrum of midlife health.
• Personalized support to manage symptoms, including HRT prescriptions and educational resources.
• Care Advocates available to help recognize needs and potential issues early on, and to guide members to the appropriate care whenever needed.

Employees not currently enrolled in a Paul Hastings medical plan are required to elect this benefit in Workday prior to registering with Maven. For employees enrolled in a Paul Hastings medical plan, no further action is necessary in Workday.
