Lifestyle Spending Account

The Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) is our wellness program and is available to all employees. The LSA is a firm-funded benefit designed to support a personalized wellness plan by providing an allowance for health activities and wellness-related items. You can use your LSA to reimburse for things like gym memberships, fitness classes and equipment, digital health apps, financial wellbeing services and more! No need to enroll. So long as you are eligible to receive firm benefits you are eligible to participate in the LSA. Please note the LSA is a taxable benefit so you will be taxed on any amounts reimbursed through this program.
