The SupportLinc Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential resource that helps you deal with life’s challenges and the demands that come with balancing home and work, including:

  • In-the-moment support – Access to a licensed clinician by phone 24/7/365 for immediate assistance.
  • Short-term counseling – Access up to eight (5) no-cost counseling sessions, in-person or via video, per covered issue, per year. In some cases, individuals may be approved by the SupportLinc Clinical Team for up to five (5) additional sessions.
  • Financial expertise and legal consultation – Consultation and planning with a financial counselor or meet with a local attorney by phone or in-person.
  • Free resources – Referrals for child and elder care, home repair, housing needs, education, pet care and so much more.
  • Web portal and mobile app – One-stop shop for program services, on-demand training, search engines, financial calculators, career resources, articles, tip sheets, self-assessments, videos and more!
  • Convenient, on-the-go support – Personalized coaching with a licensed counselor on mobile or desktop, self-guided resources to improve focus, wellbeing and emotional fitness and moderated group support sessions on an anonymous, chat-based platform.

SupportLinc also gives you access to Animo. This digital guided therapy program supports you in making long-term personal changes in the areas of stress, anxiety or depression.
